摘　　要：对炼铁生产实践中高炉铁口容易出现的异常情况进行系统阐述,对引发铁口难开、铁口喷溅、铁口深度异常、铁口角度异常的原因进行深入剖析,结合炮泥质量、炉缸工作状态、煤气流、炉前出铁管理等多方面因素分析铁口异常治理措施,探索高炉铁口高质量长周期稳定运行的技术要领,为生产实践中高炉铁口日常维护及异常情况治理提供技术支撑。The article systematically elaborates on the common abnormalities that occur in the iron mouth of blast furnaces during iron-making production.The causes of difficult opening,splattering,abnormal depth and angle of the iron mouth were deeply analyzed.Combined with the quality of gun mud,the working state of the furnace cylinder,the gas flow,the iron tapping management and other factors,the abnormal treatment measures of the iron mouth were analyzed.It explores the technical essentials for high-quality,long-term stable operation of the iron mouth of blast furnaces,providing technical support for daily maintenance and abnormal situation management of the iron mouth of blast furnaces in production practices.
