摘 要:以间苯二酚-甲醛树脂作为碳源、TiO_(2)为添加剂,采用浸渍法制备了Pd负载的二氧化钛-碳催化剂。通过XRD、TEM-EDS等表征手段发现Pd纳米粒子均匀地负载在二氧化钛-碳载体上。同时通过邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOP)的加氢实验研究了该催化剂的加氢性能,考察了二氧化钛添加量、反应温度等条件对加氢性能的影响。结果表明:在TiO_(2)添加量为10%、反应温度为140℃条件下,DOP加氢的转化率为100%,目标产物选择性为91%,且该催化剂呈现出优异的重复使用性能。A Pd supported TiO_(2)-carbon catalyst(Pd/TiO_(2)-C)was prepared by impregnation method using resorcinol formaldehyde resin as carbon source and TiO_(2) as additive.The XRD and TEM-EDS results show that Pd nanoparticles are uniformly loaded on the titanium-carbon support.The hydrogenation performance of Pd/TiO_(2)-C catalyst was also investigated through the hydrogenation experiment of dioctyl phthalate(DOP).The effects of conditions such as the added amount of TiO_(2) and reaction temperature on the hydrogenation performance of Pd/TiO_(2)-C catalyst were investigated.The results showed that when the TiO_(2) addition was 10%and the reaction temperature was 140℃,the conversion rate of DOP hydrogenation was 100%,the selectivity of the target product was 91%,and the catalyst exhibited excellent reusability.
