微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱测定有机磷阻燃剂中的磷含量

摘　　要：建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定有机磷阻燃剂中磷含量的方法。采用硝酸和过氧化氢体系溶解有机磷阻燃剂试样时,试样消解完全状态良好,同时优化了仪器工作条件。实验结果表明:方法的线性范围为0~10μg/mL,线性相关系数大于0.999,该方法的检出限为10 mg/kg,加标测得的回收率在93.9%~104.4%之间,相对标准偏差不大于2.8%(n=6)。该法操作简单,具有较高的准确度、较好的稳定性。A microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was established to determine the phosphorus content in organic phosphorus flame retardants.When using a nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide system to dissolve organophosphorus flame retardant samples,the sample digestion is complete,and the instrument working conditions are optimized.The experimental results show that the linear range of the method is 0-10μg/mL,with a linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.999.The detection limit of this method is 10 mg/kg,and the recovery rate was 93.9%-104.4%.The relative standard deviation is less than 2.8%(n=6).This method is easy to operate,with high accuracy and good stability.
