摘  要:研制了一种以聚醚改性硅油/硅脂为主剂的天然气脱硫脱碳溶液用消泡剂,测试了其在不同发泡液、温度下的消泡性能。结果表明:贫胺液加入100 mg/L自制消泡剂即可达到应用需求;富胺液需加注超过1 000 mg/L才能满足应用要求。消泡剂加量1 000~1 500 mg/L时,在不同实验温度下可以满足现场应用要求,消泡效果明显优于现场在用有机硅乳液型消泡剂和收集的聚醚型胺液消泡剂。A defoaming agent for natural gas desulfurization and decarburization solution using polyether modified silicone oil/silicone grease as the main agent was developed,and the defoaming performance was tested at different foaming solutions and temperatures.The results show that adding 100 mg/L of self-made defoamer to the lean amine solution can meet the application requirements.Rich amine solution needs to be filled with more than 1000 mg/L to meet the application requirements.When the defoamer dosage is 1000-1500 mg/L,it can meet the on-site application requirments at different experimental temperatures.The defoaming effect is obviously better than that of the silicone emulsion defoamer and polyether amine defoamer collected on site.
