摘 要:根据泰兴华盛精细化工有限公司在实验室开发的无溶剂法合成氟代碳酸乙烯酯工艺技术结果,以氯代碳酸乙烯和氟化钾为原料,进行了氟代碳酸乙烯酯合成中型试验研究。考察了氟化钾投料量、搅拌速率、反应温度以及保温时间对氟代碳酸乙烯酯的转化率以及合成收率的影响。结果表明,在氟化钾的投料量控制在50 kg/批,搅拌速率60 r/min,反应釜温度控制在90℃,保温时间控制在2 h的工艺条件下,氟代碳酸乙烯酯的转化率达到了92.53%,合成收率在86%以上,通过减压精馏可得到相应纯度的氟代碳酸乙烯酯。Based on the laboratory technology for solvent-free synthesis of fluoroethylene carbonate developed by Taixing HSC Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.,a pilot scale experimental study was conducted on the synthesis of fluoroethylene carbonate using chloroethylene carbonate and potassium fluoride as raw materials.The effects of potassium fluoride feed rate,stirring rate,reaction temperature,and holding time on the conversion rate and synthesis yield of fluoroethylene carbonate were investigated.The results showed that under the process conditions of controlling the feeding amount of potassium fluoride at 50 kg/batch,stirring rate of 60 r/min,reactor temperature at 90℃,and holding time at 2 h,the conversion rate of fluoroethylene carbonate reached 92.53%,and the synthesis yield was above 86%.The corresponding purity of fluoroethylene carbonate can be obtained through vacuum distillation.
