热力系统水汽氢电导率超标原因研究

摘  要:华能(天津)煤气化发电有限公司IGCC机组检修后启动,出现水汽氢电导率超标现象。通过对机组热力系统水汽品质查定分析,初步查明问题的原因是新更换的汽水取样架的管道、阀门、换热器等部位在高温水汽中溶出杂质氟离子,导致汽水氢电导率偏高,而实际水汽品质仍然良好。After the maintenance of the IGCC unit,it was started and connected to the grid,and the online hydrogen conductivity meter was put into operation.The phenomenon of water vapor hydrogen conductivity exceeding the standard was found.Through the inspection and analysis of the water vapor quality of the unit’s thermal system,it was preliminarily determined that the cause of the problem was the dissolution of impurities such asfluoride ions in the high-temperature water vapor in the newly replaced steam sampling rack pipes,valves,heat exchangers,and other parts,resulting in high steam hydrogen conductivity.However,the actual water vapor quality is still good.
