绝缘子钢化玻璃件均质处理研究

摘　　要：钢化玻璃绝缘子自爆率是衡量其产品质量的重要指标之一,目前我国采用均质处理技术来处理绝缘子钢化玻璃件,以降低钢化玻璃绝缘子在线路上的自爆率。文章介绍了钢化玻璃绝缘件的生产流程,分析了均质处理机理及NiS的来源,研究了钢化玻璃绝缘件均质处理的重点,以期减少钢化玻璃绝缘件自爆率,保障输电线路安全稳定运行。The self-explosion rate of tempered glass insulator is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of its products.At present,China adopts the homogenization treatment technology to deal with tempered glass insulator parts to reduce the self-explosion rate of tempered glass insulator on the line.This paper introduces the production process of tempered glass insulating parts,analyzes the mechanism of homogenization treatment and the source of NiS,and studies the key points of homogenization treatment of tempered glass insulating parts,in order to reduce the self-explosion rate of tempered glass insulating parts and ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.
