引风机小汽轮机振动产生的原因及解决对策

摘　　要：山西潞光发电有限公司2号机组汽电双驱引风机小汽轮机在试车时轴瓦振动异常,对汽轮机的蒸汽系统、轴封及疏水系统、排汽系统、滑硝系统及胀差、本体结构(轴系、汽缸和轴承箱、通流部分、阀门、盘车装置、)、保温、温度及压力测点、连接螺栓及引风机小汽轮机润滑油管路排查,通过振动曲线分析,确定引风机小汽轮机前轴承箱润滑油供、回油管路与引风机小汽轮机台板有焊接连接点,影响了小汽轮机的膨胀。这是一起典型的膨胀受限引起的轴瓦振动异常,通过全面排查处理,解决了小汽轮机轴瓦振动异常的问题。The shaft vibration of the small turbine of the double-drive induced draft fan of Unit 2 of Shanxi Luguang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was abnormal during the test run.Check the steam system,shaft seal and drain system,steam exhaust system,slip system and differential expansion,body structure(shafting,cylinder and bearing box,flow section,valves,turning gear,etc.),insulation,temperature and pressure measuring points,connection bolts,and lubricating oil pipeline of the small turbine of the induced draft fan through vibration curve analysis.It is determined that the oil supply and return pipelines of the front bearing box of the small steam turbine of the induced draft fan have welded connection points with the small steam turbine platform,which affects the expansion of the small steam turbine.This is a typical abnormal bearing bush vibration caused by limited expansion.Through comprehensive investigation and treatment,the problem of abnormal vibration of small turbine bearing bush is solved.
