母树年龄对水曲柳嫩枝扦插的影响

摘　　要：以不同母树年龄的水曲柳当年生半木质化插穗为试验材料,探讨不同质量浓度生长激素和基质类型对水曲柳嫩枝扦插生根指标的影响。结果表明,母树年龄显著影响水曲柳嫩枝扦插生根率,5~8年生母树的嫩枝扦插生根率54%,显著高于15年生、25年生母树的插穗生根率。适合水曲柳大龄母树插穗的扦插技术为6月末采半木质化枝条,制作插穗时保留2片完整小叶,经IBA 100 mg/L浸泡30 min,在蛭石基质中培育,平均扦插成活率8%。Inorder to explore the effect of mother tree age on the cutting rooting of Fraxinus mandshurica,the semi-lignified shoots of 5-8,15 and 25-year-old were treated with different plant growth regulations,different substrate types.The results showed that the age of mother tree significantly affected the rooting rate of Fraxinus mandshurica tender cutting.The rooting rate of 5~8-year-old mother tree was 54%,significantly higher than that of 15-year-old and 25-year-old mother tree.Collected semi-lignified branches at the end of June,with two intact leaves when making cuttings,and soaked with IBA 100 mg/L for 30 minutes,the average rooting rate of cuttings could reach 8%in vermiculite substrate.
