摘 要:GJJ-450C全自动共晶贴片机主要用于实现基板-芯片的贴片工艺。设计一种双工位共晶台,采用X/Y向直线电机实现精确的位置定位,以陶瓷加热板及其支撑件实现共晶产品的迅速升降温。对支撑件进行热分析,并通过试验分析设计的支撑件对加热板升温降温速率的影响。试验结果表明,合理的支撑件可以明显提高共晶台升降温速度,大大提高生产效率。GJJ-450C automatic eutectic machine is mainly used to realize the substrate and chip bonding,A double-station eutectic stage is designed,using X/Y linear motors to achieve precise positioning,and using ceramic heating plates and their supporting parts to achieve rapid temperature rise and fall of eutectic products.The thermal analysis of the supporting parts is carried out,and the influence of the designed supporting parts on the heating and cooling rate of the heating plate is analyzed through the test.The test results show that reasonable support can obviously improve the heating and cooling rate of the eutectic platform,greatly improve the production effi ciency.
