摘 要:针对目前钢结构工程施工过程中钢构件信息化管理水平不高、信息单向传递而不能高效进行信息协同、计划动态控制效率低等痛点问题,在研究BIM与RFID集成的先进信息技术对钢结构工程的影响及二者集成原理的基础上,构建BIM与RFID集成模式。由此进行BIM数据与钢构件数据在设计、生产、运输、安装各阶段间的信息相互传递,形成BIM数据钢结构实际建造数据的完整循环,以实际钢结构工程为例,验证BIM与RFID集成应用的可行性,以期提高钢结构工程施工数字化程度,提高工程建设效率、有效降低成本、提升工程价值。Aiming at the problems of low level of information management of steel members,one-way information transmission and inefficient information coordination,low efficiency of plan dynamic control in the process of steel structure engineering construction,the BIM and RFID integrated mode is constructed based on studying the influence of BIM and RFID integrated advanced information technology on steel structure engineering and their integration principle.Thus,information transfer between BIM data and steel component data in various stages of design,production,transportation and installation is carried out,forming a complete cycle of BIM data and actual construction data of steel structure.The feasibility of BIM and RFID integrated application is verified by taking steel structure engineering as an example,so as to improve the digitization degree of steel structure engineering construction,improve the efficiency of engineering construction,effectively reduce the cost and enhance the value of the project.
