摘 要:矿山溜井是矿山开拓系统的关键,分析了溜井放矿存在的井壁围岩稳定性较差、矿岩含水量高、物料易板结、爆破时易形成井筒坍塌堵井等问题,提出了布置双检查井巷预防溜井堵井的优化方案,并采取了“增设检查巷+中段反掘”施工方案。实施后,双检查巷道在溜井井筒外围螺旋上升、分段布置,便于溜井运营期间的检查和堵井后及时采取有效处理措施,可有效阻断地下水通道,减轻溜井运营期的水害,且检查巷道可兼作通风巷道使用。Mine shaft is the key to the mine development system.This paper analyzes the problems of poor stability of the surrounding rock of the shaft wall,high water content of ore and rock,easy compaction of materials,and easy formation of wellbore collapse and plugging during blasting.The optimization scheme of arranging double inspection shaft roadway and preventing chute blockage is proposed,and the construction plan of"additional inspection lane+middle section reverse excavation"is adopted.After the implementation,the double inspection roadway spirals up and is arranged in sections around the wellbore of the pass,which is convenient for the inspection during the operation of the pass and the effective treatment measures after the plugging of the well,which can effectively block the groundwater channel and reduce the water damage during the operation of the pass,and the inspection roadway can be used as a ventilation roadway.
