摘　　要：介绍了模块化技术在工程领域的发展历程和水泥粉磨站的发展现状,对比分析了传统粉磨站和模块化粉磨站的异同,重点介绍了水泥粉磨站模块化配料站设计建模、工厂预制、设备集成的建造方案。模块化配料站所有结构、设备均采用箱体集成的方式,出厂即是成品,无需现场制作,运输方便,安装快捷,维护简单,同时能够应用于不同地区和气候,适用性广泛。This introduces the development history of modular technology in the engineering field and the current development status of cement grinding stations.It compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between traditional grinding stations and modular grinding stations,and focuses on introducing the construction scheme of modular batching station design and modeling,factory prefabrication,and equipment integration in cement grinding stations.All structures and equipment of the modular batching station adopt the box integration method.They are finished products when leaving the factory,without the need for on-site production.They are convenient for transportation,quick to install,simple to maintain,and can be applied to different regions and climates,with wide applicability.
