摘 要:以某万吨水泥生产线窑尾大型袋式除尘器为例,采用基于CFD数值模拟技术的边界轮廓法进行数值模拟分析,提出除尘设备内部结构优化方案,改善设备运行状态。首先,介绍了边界轮廓法的计算步骤;其次,通过对除尘设备的整机和单袋室进行数值模拟,分析对比了各袋室烟气量的分配情况,利用对应袋室入口的边界数据计算分析单袋室的流场状态,提出优化内部结构的合理方案。模拟分析发现,在灰斗处布置高效导流板、在滤袋侧部合理布置格栅板,为该袋式除尘器的最优结构优化方案。应用实践表明,采用基于CFD数值模拟技术的边界轮廓法,对于结构复杂、零部件较多的设备,能够精确模拟其内部气流状态,确保设备运行状态良好。Taking the large-scale bag filter at the preheater of a 10000 t/d cement production line as an example and carry out CFD simulation based on the boundary contour method technology.Analyzing the calculation results,we put forward the correct optimization structure,and improve equipment operation status.Firstly,the calculation steps of the boundary contour method were introduced.Secondly,numerical simulations were conducted on the entire machine and single bag chamber of the equipment to analyze and compare the distribution of flow volume in each bag chamber,and using the boundary data of the corresponding bag chamber inlet,calculate and analyze the flow field state of the single bag chamber,and propose a reasonable plan to optimize the internal structure.Simulation analysis found that arranging high-efficiency guide plates at the ash hopper and reasonably arranging grid plates on the side of the filter bag are the optimal structural optimization solutions for the bag filter.Application practice has shown that using the boundary contour method based on CFD numerical simulation technology can accurately simulate the internal airflow state of equipment with complex structures and multiple components,ensuring that the equipment achieves good operating conditions.
