摘  要:随着我国铁路建设的高速发展,铁路客站房建设备数量逐年增加,房建设备检查工作量不断增大,既有模式下铁路客站房建设备维护管理的短板和问题逐渐显现。积极探索房建和客运系统间运维一体联劳协作,充分发挥客运人员的岗位特点和人员优势,由房建人员重点落实专业性检查,对提升房建设备管理效率意义重大。主要结合中国铁路上海局集团有限公司客站房建设备运维一体实践情况,对工作目标、实践方案进行总结分析,对存在问题及相关对策进行阐述,对应用效果及推广价值进行展望。该研究可为铁路客站相关运维工作提供参考。With the rapid development of railway construction in China,the number of building and structure equipment in railway passenger stations has increased year by year,and the inspection workload of building and structure equipment has continuously increased.The shortcomings and problems in maintenance management of building and structure equipment in railway passenger stations under the existing mode have gradually emerged.This paper actively explores the joint operation collaboration of O&M integration between building and structure and passenger transport system,gives full play to the post characteristics and personnel advantages of passenger transport personnel,and focuses on professional inspection by building and structure personnel,which is of great significance for improving the management efficiency of building and structure equipment.Based on the practice of O&M integration of building and structure equipment in passenger stations of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper summarizes and analyzes the work objectives and practice schemes,expounds the existing problems and related countermeasures,and looks forward to the application effect and promotion value.This research can provide a reference for relevant O&M of railway passenger stations.
