摘  要:【目的】研究无人机喷施不同浓度缩节胺对棉花生长发育的调控效应,为构建棉花轻简栽培提供科学依据。【方法】在缩节胺剂量相同的条件下,共设置6个不同兑水量控制缩节胺浓度(缩节胺分次分时期喷施,共7次),分别为7.5(C_(1))、15(C_(2))、22.5(C_(3))、30(C_(4))、37.5(C_(5))、45(C_(6))L/hm^(2),分析不同缩节胺浓度对棉花生长发育的影响。【结果】喷施低浓度缩节胺(C_(5)、C_(6))会延长棉花生育期,使棉花贪青晚熟;中浓度缩节胺(C_(3)、C_(4))处理的棉花株高较低,对棉花株高抑制效果最好,其中C_(4)处理产量最高;高浓度缩节胺(C_(1)、C_(2))处理会使棉花生育时期提前,缩短生育期,促早熟,但不利于伏前桃增长,还会降低棉花单铃重。【结论】新疆南疆地区种植棉花使用无人机化控时,选择兑水量为30 L/hm^(2)(C_(4))的调控效果最优,且皮棉产量达到2762.6 kg/hm^(2)。【Objective】To study the regulation effect of different knot-cut amide concentrations on cotton growth,and to provide a scientific basis for the construction of light and simple cultivation.【Methods】Under the condition of the same dosage,the concentration concentration was controlled A total of 6 water volume were set,respectively 7.5(C_(1))、15(C_(2))、22.5(C_(3))、30(C_(4))、37.5(C_(5))and 45(C_(6))L/hm^(2),to analyze the effects of different acetamine concentrations on the growth and development of cotton.【Results】The spraying of low concentration(C_(5)and C_(6))will prolong the growth period of cotton and make the cotton mature late;the cotton plant treated with medium concentration(C_(3)and C_(4))is the best,in which the C_(4)treatment has the highest yield;the high concentration of acetamide(C_(1)and C_(2))will advance the cotton growth period,shorten the growth period,promote the growth of peach,and reduce the single bell weight of cotton.【Conclusion】In the use of cotton in southern Xinjiang,the control effect of the water amount was 30 L/hm^(2),and the yield reached 2,762.6 kg/hm^(2).
