摘 要:【目的】研究深点食螨瓢虫Stethorus punctillum Weise对截形叶螨Tetranychus truncatus Ehara的捕食功能反应,分析深点食螨瓢虫对截形叶螨不同虫态的捕食作用,为截形叶螨在田间的综合治理及对该天敌资源的开发利用提供理论基础和技术支撑。【方法】以截形叶螨充当猎物,在室内研究深点食螨瓢虫不同虫态取食其不同虫态与密度组合条件下的捕食量。【结果】深点食螨瓢虫对截形叶螨各虫态的捕食功能类型均属于Holling-II型。深点食螨瓢虫各虫态的捕食能力存在较大差异,4龄幼虫的捕食能力最强,其对成螨的日最大捕食量(90.91)是2龄幼虫(3.94)的23.09倍,是3龄幼虫(22.73)的4倍,其它依次是雌成虫、雄成虫、3龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、1龄幼虫。深点食螨瓢虫对截形叶螨的寻找效应均随着猎物数量的增加而降低,并随着深点食螨瓢虫虫龄的增加而升高。当猎物种类为成螨、若螨及幼螨时,深点食螨瓢虫4龄幼虫与雌成虫的搜寻效应相近,且均大于其它虫态。【结论】深点食螨瓢虫各捕食虫态中,4龄幼虫和成虫对截形叶螨捕食量较大且控害能力相当。【Objective】To study the predation function response of Stethorus punctillum Weise to Tetranychus truncatus Ehara,and to clarify the predation effect of S.punctillum on different forms of T.truncatus,This study provided theoretical basis and technical support for the comprehensive management of T.truncatus in the field and the utilization and exploitation of natural enemy resources.【Methods】With T.truncatus as prey,we studied the predation of S.punctillum under different predation states and different density combinations of T.truncatus.【Results】The predation function types of S.punctillum to each form of T.truncatus belonged to Holling-II type.The predation capacity of the fourth instar larvae was the strongest.The daily maximum predation capacity of the fourth instar larvae(90.91)was 23.09 times of that of the second instar larvae(3.94)and 4 times of that of the third instar larvae(22.73),followed by female adults,male adults,second instar larvae,and first instar larvae.The search effect of S.punctillum on T.truncatus decreased with the increase of prey quantity,and increased with the increase of age of S.punctillum.When the prey species were adult,if and juvenile mites,the search effects of the fourth instar larvae and female adults were similar,and both were greater than those of other insect states.【Conclusion】The fourth instar larva and the adult of S.punctillum preys more prey on the T.truncatus and have similar damage control ability.
