摘 要:2 250 mm生产线生产的冷轧基料SPCC冷轧退火后的冷轧板,用户反映其成品延伸率低,在冲压成型过程中旋压部位不易成型,开裂率较高。针对此种情况进行原因分析,2 250 mm生产线生产的冷轧钢带SPCC Mn元素含量高是造成钢带强度略高的原因之一,钢带强度高,延伸率低,钢带易开裂;两条生产线冷却模式不同,2 250 mm生产线采用前集中冷却模式,CSP生产线采用前分散冷却模式,采用前集中冷却模式会造成热轧钢带强度略高,延伸率低,钢带易开裂。对应3.0~5.0 mm厚原料2 250 mm生产线生产的热轧钢带延伸率低于CSP生产线生产的热轧钢带,由于轧制的“遗传性”,热轧钢带延伸率高一般经冷轧退火后冷轧钢带延伸率也略高。The feedback of user is that the elongation of cold rolled sheet with cold rolled base material SPCC manufactured by 2250 mm production line after cold rolling and annealing is low,part of flow forming is not easily to form in punch forming process and cracking rate is higher.The cause analysis showed that its high Mn content was one of the causes for slightly higher strength of steel strip so that elongation was low and steel strip was easy to crack;cooling modes of the two production lines were different,the cooling mode of preconcentration was adopted by 2250 mm production line and the cooling mode of predispersion was adopted by CSP production line so that the strength of hot rolled steel strip manufactured by 2250 mm production line was slightly higher,elongation was low and steel strip was easy to crack.The elongation of hot rolled steel strip manufactured with raw materials with thickness of 3.0~5.0 mm by 2250 mm production line is lower than that of hot rolled steel strip manufactured by CSP production line so that the elongation of cold rolled steel strip after cold rolling and annealing is also slightly higher due to the“heredity”of rolling.
