摘 要:采用金相检验、力学性能测试等方法,对某冷轧连退带钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率等力学性能指标不合格的原因进行分析。结果表明:当退火速率较慢时,明火段板带温度升高,当板带温度比珠光体开始奥氏体化温度高30℃时,组织中珠光体趋于球化转变,材料的强度明显降低;当退火速率较快时,明火段板带温度下降,当板带温度比珠光体开始奥氏体化温度低10℃时,晶粒再结晶或者晶粒长大不完全,造成材料强度偏高、断后伸长率偏小。Using methods such as metallographic examination and mechanical property testing,the reasons for the unqualified mechanical performance indicators such as yield strength,tensile strength,and elongation after fracture of cold-rolled strip steel were analyzed.The results show that when the annealing rate was slow,the temperature of the open flame section strip increased.When the strip temperature exceeded the start austenitizing temperature of pearlite by 30℃,the pearlite in the structure tended to undergo spheroidization transformation,and the strength of the material significantly decreased.When the annealing rate was fast,the temperature of the open flame section of the strip decreased.When the temperature of the strip was 10℃lower than the start austenitizing temperature of pearlite,grain recrystallization or incomplete grain growth occurred,resulting in higher material strength and lower elongation after fracture.
