摘  要:某型号联轴器传动轴在使用过程中发生断裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析、金相检验、热酸蚀试验等方法分析了该传动轴断裂的原因。结果表明:传动轴内部存在白点缺陷,材料中存在较多的硫化物和呈沿晶特征的二次裂纹;氢原子在硫化物附近聚集,形成氢陷阱,在组织和内应力的共同作用下,裂纹在氢陷阱部位萌生并扩展,形成氢致裂纹,最终导致传动轴断裂。The transmission shaft of a certain type of coupling broke during use.The causes of the fracture of the transmission shaft were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance testing,scanning electron microscopy analysis,metallographic examination,and thermal acid corrosion test.The results show that there were flake defects inside the transmission shaft,and there were many sulfides and secondary cracks with intergranular characteristics in the material.Hydrogen atoms aggregated near sulfides,forming hydrogen traps.Under the combined action of tissue and internal stress,cracks initiated and expanded at the hydrogen trap site,forming hydrogen induced cracks,ultimately led to the fracture of the transmission shaft.
