摘　　要：掌跖脓疱病目前尚无标准治疗方案。掌跖脓疱病的传统治疗包括口服阿维A、环孢素及甲氨蝶呤等,常因不良反应而使用受限。除传统外用药物、物理疗法及系统药物外,最近还出现了一些诸如生物制剂、小分子药物等新的治疗方法。本文报道1例阿普米司特超适应症治疗掌跖脓疱病的患者,获得满意的疗效。There is currently no standard treatment for palmoplantar pustulosis.Traditional treatments for palmoplantar pustulosis include oral acitretin A,cyclosporine A,and methotrexate,which are often limited due to their adverse effects.In addition to traditional topical drugs,physiotherapy and systemic drugs,new treatments such as biologics and small molecule drugs have recently emerged.This paper reports a case of off-label treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis with apremilast,which achieved satisfactory results.
