肛周及外阴泛发性传染性软疣一例

摘　　要：成人肛周及外阴泛发的传染性软疣临床少见,容易误诊。本文报道一例37岁女性患者,肛周及外阴可见密集泛发的米粒至花生大小的皮色扁平丘疹,曾就诊于多家医院,1个月前于外院诊断为系统性红斑狼疮并予糖皮质激素治疗。患者传染性软疣皮损给予分批刮除联合液氮冷冻治疗,目前仍在随访中。Generalized molluscum contagiosum in perianal and vulva of adults is rare and easily misdiagnosed.We report a 37-year-old female patient presented with a dense,diffuse,leather-colored flat papule of rice grain to peanut size around the anus and vulva.The patient had been visit to in several hospitals.She was diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus in another hospital one month ago and was mainly treated with glucocorticoids.The lesions of molluscum contagiosum were treated with excochleation combined with liquid nitrogen freezing,and the patient is under followed up.
