摘　　要：结节性皮肤淀粉样变是原发性局限性皮肤淀粉样变亚型中最罕见的一种,临床表现为单发或多发的黄褐色蜡样结节或斑块,本文报道一例。患者,男,34岁,头皮肿块2年。皮肤组织病理:真皮乳头层和网状层见大片淀粉样物质沉积。刚果红染色和结晶紫染色均为阳性。诊断:结节性皮肤淀粉样变。给予复方倍他米松局部封闭治疗后结节缩小。Nodular skin amyloidosis is the rarest subtypes of the primary localized skin amyloidosis.It is clinically manifested as single or multiple yellowish-brown waxy nodules or plaques.A 34-year-old male presented with masses on the scalp for two years.Histological examination of the skin revealed large amyloid deposits in the papillary and reticular layers of the dermis.Congo red staining and crystal violet staining were positive.The diagnosis of nodular cutaneous amyloidosis was made.The nodules were shrinked after the treatment of intralesional compound betamethasone injection.
