摘　　要：类脂质渐进性坏死(necrobiosis lipoidica,NL)皮损临床表现多形性,组织病理可表现为裸结节,易与麻风、结核等感染性肉芽肿混淆,造成误诊。本文报道多次误诊为结核和麻风的类脂质渐进性坏死的患者一例。The clinical manifestations of necrobiosis lipoidica may be polymorphic,and the histopathological manifestations may be nodules,which is easy to be confused with infectious granulomas such as leprosy and tuberculosis,resulting in misdiagnosis.We report a female necrobiosis lipoidica patient who was repeatedly misdiagnosed as tuberculosis and leprosy.
