摘　　要：理实一体化课程考核评价体系是以理实一体化教育为基础的综合性评价体系。其应用于高职课堂教学中有助于提高教学效果和教学质量,有助于发展学生的综合能力,激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,提高学生的就业竞争力,使其适应行业发展需求。文章以空中乘务专业为例,深入分析理实一体化课程考评体系在实际教学中的应用现状、应用意义和具体实施策略,旨在提高学生的综合素养和能力,为社会培养更多优秀人才。The integrated curriculum assessment and evaluation system of theory and practice is a comprehensive evaluation system based on the integration of theory and practice education.Its application in vocational college classroom teaching helps to improve teaching effectiveness and quality,develop students' comprehensive abilities,stimulate their learning enthusiasm and initiative,enhance their employment competitiveness,and make them adapt to the needs of industry development.The article takes the aviation crew profession as an example to deeply analyze the application status,significance,and specific implementation strategies of the integrated theory and practice course evaluation system in actual teaching,aiming to improve students' comprehensive literacy and abilities and cultivate more outstanding talents for society.
