盐雾腐蚀老化对环氧胶粘剂粘接性能影响的研究

摘　　要：研究了两种环氧胶粘剂EA9360和MF1325G与铝合金、碳纤维复合材料、有机玻璃粘接接头的耐盐雾腐蚀老化性能,包括盐雾腐蚀老化对同种和不同材料的单搭接拉伸剪切强度和剥离强度的影响。结果表明:经过盐雾腐蚀老化后,两种环氧胶与铝合金/铝合金的剪切强度下降超过10%,剥离强度下降超过40%,与碳纤维/碳纤维的剪切强度无明显下降,与有机玻璃/碳纤维的剪切强度略有下降。红外谱图显示,盐雾老化后环氧胶MF1325G未发生明显的降解反应,其对铝合金/铝合金的粘接性能下降,可能是由铝合金表面腐蚀引起。The corrosion resistance of joints of two kinds of epoxy adhesive EA9360 and MF1325G bonding with aluminum alloy,carbon fiber composite and plexiglass is investigated,including the effect of salt spray corrosion aging on the single-lap tensile shear strength and peel strength of the same and different materials.The results show that after salt spray corrosion aging,the shear strength and peel strength of the two kinds of epoxy adhesive to aluminum alloy/aluminum alloy decreases over 10% and 40% respectively,but the shear strength to carbon fiber/carbon fiber doesn’t decrease distinctly.The IR spectrum shows that there is no obvious degradation reaction of epoxy resin adhesive MF1325G.The reason for the adhesion strength degradation to aluminum alloy could be the surface corrosion of aluminum alloy.
