摘 要:以乙氧基化双酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯(EBDMA)作为厌氧胶单体,酚醛型氰酸酯(NCE)作为厌氧胶的耐热树脂改性剂,制备了氰酸酯改性的厌氧胶粘剂,探究了不同固化条件下改性厌氧胶粘接性能和热稳定性能,并借助DSC对室温固化样和180℃热处理固化样进行表征。结果表明,室温固化条件下,氰酸酯改性厌氧胶室温扭矩强度低于未改性厌氧胶;30份NCE改性厌氧胶180℃热强度的破坏扭矩和拆卸扭矩分别比未改性厌氧胶提高了123.15%和128.64%,10份NCE改性厌氧胶经180℃热处理后的最大扭矩提高了45.37%。通过TG分析,室温固化条件下,30份NCE改性厌氧胶的T_(d5%)达到329.21℃,比未改性厌氧胶提高了63.53℃。经180℃热处理后,100份NCE改性厌氧胶T_(d5%)为388.11℃,比未改性厌氧胶提高了85.74℃。DSC曲线数据表明,室温固化条件下,随着氰酸酯比例的增加,其固化程度逐渐降低;经180℃热处理后,固化程度增加,但仍未反应完全。氰酸酯的加入提高了厌氧胶的热稳定性能和粘接性能。The ethoxylated bisphenol A dimethacrylate(EBDMA)is used as the anaerobic adhesive monomer and the novolac cyanate ester(NCE)is used as the heat-resistant resin modifier of anaerobic adhesive to prepare cyanate ester modified anaerobic adhesive.The adhesion performance and thermal stability of modified anaerobic adhesive cured with different curing conditions are investigated,and the room temperature curing samples and 180℃heat treatment curing samples are characterized by means of DSC.The results show that the room temperature torque strength of anaerobic adhesive modified by cyanate ester is lower than that of unmodified anaerobic adhesive under room temperature curing conditions;the breakaway torque and prevailing torque of anaerobic adhesives modified by 30 parts of NCE with 180℃ heat strength increases by 123.15% and 128.64% respectively,compared with that of unmodified anaerobic adhesive,the maximum torque of anaerobic adhesives modified by 10 parts of NCE after 180℃ heat treatment increases by 45.37%.Through the TG analysis,it is found that the T_(d5%) of anaerobic adhesives modified by 30 parts of NCE reaches 329.21℃ under room temperature curing conditions,which is 63.53℃ higher than that of unmodified anaerobic adhesives.After the heat treatment at 180℃,the T_(d5%) of anaerobic adhesives modified by 100 parts of NCE is 388.11℃,which is 85.74℃ higher than that of unmodified anaerobic adhesives.The DSC curve data show that the degree of curing decreases gradually with the increase of cyanate ester proportion under room temperature curing conditions;after the heat treatment at 180℃,the degree of curing increases,but the reaction is not complete yet.The addition of cyanate ester improves the thermal stability and adhesion performance of anaerobic adhesive.
