摘 要:为了提升基于工程造价的公路建设用碳纤维复材的使用性能,研究了热压温度、热压时间、热压压力和纤维质量分数对碳纤维复合材料拉伸强度和拉伸模量的影响,并对成形质量进行了分析。结果表明,拉伸强度和拉伸模量会随着热压温度升高而先增大后减小,在热压温度为255℃时取得最大值。随着热压压力增加,碳纤维复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸模量逐渐增大;当热压压力继续增加至5.0 MPa时,碳纤维复合材料成型质量较差。随着热压时间延长,碳纤维复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸模量都呈现先增加后减小的趋势,最大值在热压时间45 min时取得,碳纤维复合材料的拉伸强度随着纤维质量分数增加而先增后减,最大值在纤维质量分数为55%时取得。在基于工程造价的公路建设用碳纤维复合材料的开发过程中,适宜的热加工工艺参数为:热压温度为255℃、热压压力为4.5 MPa、热压时间为45 min、纤维质量分数为55%,此时复合材料具有良好的力学性能和成形质量,适宜在基于工程造价的公路建设过程中应用。In order to improve the performance of carbon fiber composite materials for highway construction based on engineering cost,the effects of hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time,hot pressing pressure and fiber mass fraction on the tensile strength and modulus of carbon fiber composite materials are studied,and the forming quality is analyzed.The results indicate that as the hot pressing temperature increases,the tensile strength and modulus of carbon fiber composites firstly increase and then decrease,and reach their maximum values at a hot pressing temperature of 255℃.As the hot pressing pressure increases,the tensile strength and modulus of carbon fiber composites gradually increase;When the hot pressing pressure continues to increase to 5.0 MPa,the forming quality of carbon fiber composite materials is poor.As the hot pressing time prolongs,the tensile strength and modulus of carbon fiber composites show a trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing,and reach their maximum values when the hot pressing time is 45 min.As the fiber mass fraction increases,the tensile strength of carbon fiber composites firstly increases and then decreases,and reaches its maximum value when the fiber mass fraction is 55%.During the development of carbon fiber composites for highway construction based on project cost,the appropriate hot working process parameters are showed as follows:the hot pressing temperature is 255℃,the hot pressing pressure is 4.5 MPa,the hot pressing time is 45 min,and the fiber mass fraction is 55%.At this time,the composite has good mechanical properties and forming quality,which is suitable for the application in highway construction based on project cost.
