摘 要:透明材料(如玻璃等)容易发生表面雾化,导致效率降低、经济损失和安全隐患。因此,人们对高效耐用的防雾涂层的迫切需求是显而易见的。首先概括了雾化产生的原因,以及亲水涂层的防雾机理。然后系统地介绍了石油基聚合物、两性离子材料、亲水性多糖聚合物和水溶性高分子聚合物等常见亲水材料在防雾涂层方面的国内外研究进展。最后总结了研究中存在的问题,并展望了亲水防雾涂层材料未来发展走向。Transparent materials,such as glass,are prone to surface fogging,leading to reduced efficiency,economic losses and safety hazards.Therefore,the urgent demand for highly efficient and durable anti-fogging coatings is evident.Firstly,the reasons for fogging and the anti-fogging mechanism of hydrophilic coatings are summarized.Subsequently,in the context of anti-fogging coatings,the research progress at home and abroad in common hydrophilic materials are reviewed systematically,including petroleum-based polymers,amphoteric ion materials,hydrophilic polysaccharide polymers and water-soluble high-molecular polymers.Finally,the issues identified in the research are summarized and the future development trends of hydrophilic anti-fogging coating materials are described.
