典型印染污泥基活性炭的环境安全性分析及评估

摘  要:采用热解技术制备了印染污泥基活性炭BC,对印染污泥基活性炭BC重金属浸出安全性、多环芳烃含量安全性和重复使用安全性进行了分析和评估。研究结果表明:在不同p H值以及《硫酸硝酸法》《水平振荡法》和《醋酸缓冲溶液法》测试条件下,印染污泥基活性炭BC的7种重金属浸出含量较低,16种多环芳烃的含量总和达到194.16μg/kg,远低于欧洲活性炭基金、瑞士化学风险降低法中规定的优质活性炭16种多环芳烃含量总和的标准值,同时经过三次循环使用后对BPA(双酚A)仍具有75%的去除率,重复利用性较好。表明该工艺制备的印染污泥基活性炭BC符合环境安全标准,并可为后续印染污泥基的活性炭的利用提供一定的安全参考价值以及理论和实践价值。同时对污水处理清理清淤作业,有一定的安全作业提示作用。The pyrolysis technology is used to prepare printing and dyeing sludge based activated carbon BC,and the safety of heavy metal leaching,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content and reuse of printing and dyeing sludge based activated carbon BC is analyzed and evaluated.The research results show that under different pH and testing conditions such as the sulfuric acid nitric acid method,horizontal shaking method,and acetic acid buffer solution method,the leaching content of seven kinds of heavy metal in printing and dyeing sludge based activated carbon BC is relatively low.The total content of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons reaches 194.16μg/kg,which is much lower than the standard value of the total content of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in high-quality activated carbon specified by the European Biochar Fund and the Swiss Chemical Risk Reduction Method;after three cycles of use,it still has a BPA removal rate of 75%which exhibits a good reusability.This indicates that the printing and dyeing sludge based activated carbon BC prepared by this process meets the environmental safety standards,and can provide certain safety reference value as well as theoretical and practical value for the subsequent utilization of printing and dyeing sludge based activated carbon BC.It also has a certain remind of safe operation for the wastewater treatment,cleaning and dredging.
