煤制烯烃中废水处理工艺试验

摘  要:针对煤制烯烃中废水处理工艺中水质不达标等问题,研究了一种废碱水去油处理工艺,并对其工艺进行优化,研究其去油效果。试验结果表明,在过滤吸附处理中,核桃壳滤料的最佳填料厚度为35 cm,最佳过滤时间为50 min,此时,去油率达到75.3%,最佳柱状活性炭过滤时间为100 min,去油率为74.1%;在气浮处理中,废碱液的去油效果高达81.2%;在混凝-气浮处理中,应先添加2 mL聚合氯化铝(PAC)混凝剂,再添加3 m L聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)混凝剂,此时,去油率能达到91.2%;去油处理工艺还能去除COD 70%左右。确定最佳废碱水处理工艺为:重力沉降、核桃壳过滤吸附、混凝-气浮处理,去油效果能达到90%,去COD效果能达到70%,对煤制烯烃中废水的处理效果良好。In response to the issue of substandard water quality in the treatment of wastewater from coal to olefins production,a process for removing oil from waste alkali water is studied,and the process is optimized,its oil removal effect is researched.The experimental results show that in the filtration and adsorption treatment,the optimal filler thickness of walnut shell filter material is 35 cm,and the optimal filtration time is 50 min.At this time,the oil removal rate reaches 75.3%,the optimal column activated carbon filtration time is 100 min,and the oil removal rate is 74.1%.In air flotation treatment,the oil removal effect of waste alkali solution is as high as 81.2%.In the coagulation-air flotation treatment,2 mL of polyaluminum chloride(PAC)coagulant should be added first,and then 3 mL of polyacrylamide(PAM)coagulant should be added,and at this time,the oil removal rate can reach 91.2%;The oil removal treatment process can also remove about 70%of COD.The optimal treatment process for waste alkali water determined in this experiment is gravity sedimentation,walnut shell filtration adsorption,coagulation-air flotation treatment.The oil removal effect can reach 90%,and the COD removal effect can reach 70%.The treatment effect for wastewater in coal to olefin production is good.
