摘 要:为减少氯乙烯不合理生产及污染化排放对环境产生不良影响,通过对氯乙烯生产及含汞废水处理工艺进行阐述,分析比较了不同处理工艺原理、流程等,针对存在的问题对处理工艺进行优化和改造。通过实验确定了树脂投加量为2.0 g/L、pH值为4的情况下进行高效吸附处理效果较好,将其与顺流双效蒸发工艺相结合,优化的复合工艺对汞及氯离子的去除效率得到了明显提高,其中汞含量由1400×10^(-9)降低到≤10×10^(-9),氯离子由59728 mg/L减少至22626 mg/L.In order to reduce the adverse impact of unreasonable production of vinyl chloride and pollution discharge on the environment,the production of vinyl chloride and mercury-containing wastewater treatment processes is elaborated.The principles,processes of different treatment processes are analyzed and compared,and the treatment process is further optimized and transformed according to the existing problems,so as to improve the operation rate.Through experiments,it is determined that the efficient adsorption treatment effect is better when the resin dosage is 2.0 g/L and the pH value is 4.Combined with the downstream double-effect evaporation process,the removal efficiency of mercury and chloride ions by the optimized composite process has been significantly improved.Among them,the mercury content reduces from 1400×10^(-9) to≤10×10^(-9),and the chloride ion reduces from 59728 mg/L to 22626 mg/L.
