摘 要:为探讨饲料中铜锌减量对生长猪生长性能和粪便中铜锌含量的影响,试验将224头杜洛克×梅山二元生长猪随机分为对照组(基础日粮+60 mg·kg^(-1)铜+100 mg·kg^(-1)锌)和试验组(基础日粮+15 mg·kg^(-1)铜+50 mg·kg^(-1)锌),两组除日粮不同外其他饲养管理条件完全相同,试验期为30天。结果表明,饲粮中铜锌减量对杜梅猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),试验组粪便中铜含量较对照组降低了52.8%(P<0.01)、锌含量较对照组降低了40.7%(P<0.01)。因此,饲料中铜添加量从60 mg·kg^(-1)降低至15 mg·kg^(-1)、锌添加量从100 mg·kg^(-1)降低至50 mg·kg^(-1)不仅不会降低生长猪的生长性能,还能减少粪便铜锌的排泄量。To investigate the effects of dietary Cu-Zn reduction on the growth performance and contents of fecal Cu and Zn in growing pigs,a total of 224 Duroc×Meishan(Dumei)crossbred pigs were randomly divided into two groups in this study.The control group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 60 mg·kg^(-1) Cu and 100 mg·kg^(-1) Zn,and the experimental group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with 15 mg·kg^(-1) Cu and 50 mg·kg^(-1) Zn.Pigs in the two groups was raised and managed under the same conditions except the diets for 30 days.The results showed that dietary Cu-Zn reduction exerted no influence on the growth performance of Dumei growing pigs(P>0.05).As compared to the control group,the fecal Cu and Zn contents in the experimental group were reduced by 52.8%and 40.7%(P<0.01).The present study suggested that reducing Cu addition from 60 mg·kg^(-1) to 15 mg·kg^(-1) and Zn addition from 100 mg·kg^(-1) to 50 mg·kg^(-1) in the diets was feasible,which exerted no adverse effect on the growth performance of growing pigs and could reduce the excretion of Cu and Zn.
