摘 要:功能性饲料在现代畜禽养殖中起到促进动物生长、增强免疫力和改善动物产品品质的作用。随着人们对肉类、乳制品等动物产品需求的不断增加,功能性饲料的研发与应用逐渐增多。菌酶协同发酵技术是一项重要技术,主要用于改善畜禽胃肠健康、提高生产效率。而微量元素钝化技术则是一种新型饲料加工技术,用于减少畜禽体内重金属沉积。虽然功能性饲料具有广阔的市场前景和发展潜力,但要成为主流饲料仍需要克服许多技术和市场方面的挑战。目前,功能性饲料的概念尚不明确,缺乏有力理论依据,相关科技研发与产业发展缺少方向。因此,本文概述了功能性饲料的概念,主要讨论了菌酶协同发酵技术与微量元素钝化技术的相关内容,以期为饲料研发提供相关参考。Functional feed plays a vital role in modern livestock breeding by promoting animal growth,enhancing immunity,and improving the qualities of animal products.With the growing demand for meat,dairy and other animal products,the research and application of functional feed have been gradually increasing.Microbialenzymatic synergistic fermentation technology is an important technique primarily used to improve the gastrointestinal health of livestock and poultry,and to enhance production efficiency.Meanwhile,trace element passivation technology represents a novel feed processing technique aimed at reducing heavy metal accumulation within livestock bodies.Although functional feed hold broad market prospects and development potential,they still face many technical and market challenges before becoming mainstream feed.Currently,the concept of functional feed is not well-defined,lacking strong theoretical foundations,and the related scientific research and industrial development are missing direction.Therefore,the concept of functional feed and mainly discusses of the relevant content of microbialenzymatic synergistic fermentation technology and trace element passivation technology were outlined,hoping to provide references for feed research and development.
