摘  要:分析饲料中不同粗纤维水平对猪生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。随机选择甘肃省成县某养猪场中的120头健康肉用母猪作为研究对象,分为低纤维组、中纤维组和高纤维组进行饲喂,比较分析其对猪生长性能、屠宰性能、血液生化指标的影响差异显著性。不同粗纤维水平饲喂的3组母猪平均日采食量差异显著(P<0.05),高纤维组饲喂母猪的平均日采食量显著高于低纤维组和中纤维组(P<0.05),高纤维组母猪的背膘厚、瘦肉率与低纤维组和中纤维组差异显著(P<0.05),不同粗纤维水平添加饲喂母猪的酮体长、脂肪率、嫩度及各项血液生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。在饲料中添加不同水平粗纤维能够显著影响猪的平均日采食量和猪肉品质,这为今后本地养猪行业科学合理地配制优质猪饲料提供了参考依据。To analyze the effects of different dietary crude fiber levels on growth performance and slaughter performance of pigs.A total of 120 healthy meat sows from a pig farm in Chengxian County of Gansu Province were randomly selected and divided into three groups:low fiber group,middle fiber group and high fiber group,the effects on growth performance,slaughter performance and blood biochemical indexes were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of the three groups with different crude fiber levels was significantly different(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of the high fiber group was significantly higher than that of the low fiber group and the middle fiber group(P<0.05),there were significant differences in backfat thickness and lean meat rate between high fiber group and low fiber group and medium fiber group(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in ketone body length,fat percentage,tenderness and blood biochemical indexes among sows fed with different crude fiber levels(P>0.05).Adding different levels of crude fiber to feed could significantly affect the average daily feed intake and pork quality,which provided a reference for the local pig industry to make high-quality pig feed scientifically and rationally.
