摘 要:为实现“节能环保、增产增效”的目的,开展油田采出液沉积物调剖回注技术研究,选用采出液沉积物全密闭收集转输注入系统,实现全过程密闭注入,提高调剖回注效率。对油田采出液沉积物全方位分析,并作为调剖回注材料,实现资源化利用,解决采出液沉积物大量堆积,污染环境等问题。选择2口边部稠油注水井进行调剖回注试验,增加区块能量,年调剖回注采出液沉积物4525 t,堵塞边低水通道,降低含水率,年减少无效注水10102 m^(3),受效油井年增油5520 t,年节约用电235.55×10^(4)kWh。该技术可改善油藏注水开发效果,提高采收率,并实现节能增产。In order to realize the aim of"energy conservation,environmental protection,production increasing and efficiency",the research on the profile control and re-injection technology of oilfield produced liquid sediment has been carried out.Selecting the fully closed collection and transfer injection system for produced fluid sediment realizes the whole process of closed injection and improves the efficiency of profile control and re-injection.According to the comprehensive analysis of oilfield produced liquid sediment,the oilfield produced fluid sediments are used as the material of profile control and re-injection to realize the resource utilization,solve the problems of the large amount of accumulation produced liquid sediments and pollute the environment.By selecting two marginal heavy oil injection wells and using profile control and re-injection test,the energy of block is increased,and the annual profile control and re-injection of oilfield produced liquid sediment is 4525 t.The plugging edge is a low-water channel,which can reduce the water cut,and the annual reduction of ineffective water injection is 10102 m3.The annual oil increase of the effective oil well is 5520 t,and the annual saving of electricity is 235.55×10^(4) kWh,which improves the development effect of oil reservoir water injection,enhances oil recovery rate and realizes the energy conservation and production increase.
