摘 要:为降低联合站内原油稳定流程的能耗水平,基于工艺模拟软件建立了汽提负压闪蒸原油稳定流程,以工艺能耗为指标,以稳定塔压力、稳定塔温度和汽提气流量为变量,通过二次回归正交旋转组合实验建立了回归方程。结果表明,稳定塔压力与工艺能耗呈负相关,稳定塔温度、汽提气流量与工艺能耗呈正相关;回归方程的拟合效果较好,当稳定塔压力为70 kPa,稳定塔温度为55℃,日汽提气流量为350 m^(3)时,工艺能耗最低;优化前后的工艺能耗从2266 kW降低为1538 kW,降幅32.1%。In order to reduce the energy consumption of crude oil stabilization process in the com-bined station,the negative-pressure flash crude oil stabilization process for steam stripping was established based on the process simulation software.Taking the energy consumption as the indicator,the regression equation was established through the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment with the stabilizer pressure,stabilizer temperature and stripping gas flow as the variables.The results show that the stabilizer pressure is negatively correlated with the energy consumption of process while the stabilizer temperature and stripping gas flow are positively correlated with the energy consumption of process.The fitting effect of regression equation is better.The energy consumption of process is the lowest when the stabilizer pressure is 70 kPa,the stabilizer temperature is 55℃and the stripping gas flow is 350 m^(3) per day.The energy consumption of process has been reduced from 2266 kW to 1538 kW before and after optimization,with a decrease of 32.1%.
