摘  要:在原油交接计量过程中需要进行体积量与质量之间的换算,油品密度主要以人工取样、化验密度为主,因此在线振动管液体密度计的技术水平直接制约着原油交接计量的自动化水平。通过了解确认在线振动管液体密度计技术水平及现场应用存在问题,对标分析API、ISO国际标准的技术内容,结合国内实际情况,从选型、安装、运行到使用和维护等全生命周期内规范在线振动管液体密度计的使用,减少测量系统和检定系统密度误差,保证原油交接计量中油量计量和流量计检定计算的准确性。In the process of crude oil custody transfer measurement,it is necessary to carry out the conversion between volume and mass.The density of oil products is mainly based on manual sampling and laboratory density tests,so the technological level of online vibrating tube liquid density meters directly restricts the automation level of crude oil custody transfer measurement.By assessing and confirm-ing the technology status of online vibrating tube liquid density meters the problems of on-site application,the benchmarking technical content from API and ISO international standards has been analyzed.Combined with the actual situation in China,the use of online vibrating tube liquid density measurement is established in the whole life cycle from selection,installation,operation to use,and maintenance,which reduces the density errors of measurement system and calibration system,and ensures the accuracy of oil quantity measurement and flowmeter verification calculations in crude oil custody transfer measurement.
