摘  要:在天然气管道中掺入氢气是进行大规模天然气输送的有效途径,但氢气会对管输水力和热力特性造成影响,进而影响与计量相关的物性参数。基于此,以常规天然气、页岩气及伴生气等三种典型气质组成为基础,系统分析了不同掺氢条件对管输温度、压力的影响及天然气物性参数的变化规律,探讨了天然气掺氢对计量分析的影响。结果表明,掺氢浓度与掺氢天然气温度呈反比,升高温度或降低压力可以减少掺氢天然气的沿程温降;采用GERG-2008方程计算压缩因子的结果准确度明显高于AGA8-92DC方程,随着温度降低、氢气浓度增加,计算结果误差明显增大。建议管道中掺氢浓度不应超过10%;并从改造气相色谱仪、加速标准气体制备、完善量值溯源和标准体系建设等方面入手,逐步实现掺氢天然气计量的标准化和工业化。The hydrogen blending is an effective way to carry out large-scale natural gas deliveries in natural gas pipelines.However,the hydrogen can have an effect on the hydraulic and thermal characteristics of pipeline transportation,which affects the physical parameters related to measurement.Hence,the effects of different hydrogen blending conditions on pipeline transportation temperature,pressure and changing rules of physical parameters are systematically analyzed based on the three typical gas compositions of conventional natural gas,shale gas and associated gas,and the effects of hydrogen blending for natural gas on measurement analysis are explored.The results show that the concentration of hydrogen blending is inversely proportional to the temperature of hydrogen blending gas,and the temperature drop along the process can be reduced by increasing the temperature or decreasing the pressure.The accuracy of calculating the compression factor using GERG-2008 equation is obviously higher than that of AGA8-92DC equation,and the error of calculation results increases obviously with the decrease of temperature and the increase of hydrogen concentration.It is suggested that the concentration of hydrogen blending in the pipeline should not exceed 10%.Especially,reforming the gas chromatograph,accelerating the preparation of standard gas,and improving the quantity traceability and standard system construction have gradually realized the standardization and industrialization of natural gas measurement of hydrogen blending.
