摘　　要：目的:探讨经胸乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺疾病的临床优势。方法:回顾性分析2020—2022年间开展的经胸乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺良性疾病切除术(腔镜组)和传统开放手术(开放组)患者各40例,对以下指标进行对照研究:术中出血量,手术时间,术后住院时间,术后引流量,炎症因子白介素-6,术后疼痛评分,术后并发症包括声音嘶哑、低钙抽搐,美容满意度。结果:经胸乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺良性疾病,手术安全有效,并发症并无增加,而不管是术中出血量、术后引流量、术后患者疼痛评分、术后炎症因子还是术后美容满意度显著高于开放组(P<0.05)。结论:经胸乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺良性疾病,安全有效,值得在临床上推广和使用。Objective:To explore the clinical advantages of endoscopic thyroidectomy via thoracic areola approach in the treatment of benign thyroid disease.Methods:From 2020 to 2022,there were 40 patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy(endoscopic group)and 40 patients with traditional open surgery(open group)through the thoracic areola approach,and the following indicators were retrospectively compared:postoperative hospital stay,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,inflammatory factor interleukin-6,postoperative pain score,postoperative complications including hoarse voice,hypocalcemia twitching,and aesthetic satisfaction.Results:Endoscopic thyroidectomy via thoracic areola approach in the treatment of benign thyroid disease is safe and effective with no increase in complications,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage,postoperative pain score,postoperative inflammatory factors,and postoperative beauty satisfaction in the endoscopic group were significantly better than those in the open group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic thyroidectomy via transthoracic areola approach is safe and effective for the treatment of benign thyroid disease,which is worthy of popularizing and using clinically.
