丁香柿蒂散穴位贴敷治疗化疗相关性呃逆的观察研究

摘　　要：目的:探究丁香柿蒂散穴位贴敷治疗化疗相关性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:纳入60例化疗期间出现呃逆的肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组两组,对照组(30例)予西医常规疗法,治疗组(30例)在对照组的基础上联合丁香柿蒂散穴位贴敷加温灸,通过比较对照组和治疗组的临床有效率,治疗前后的呃逆症状评分,治疗前后的睡眠、饮食、精神状态等生活质量评分及有无不良反应等情况评估丁香柿蒂散穴位贴敷的临床效果。结果:治疗组患者疗效总有效率(83.33%)显著高于对照组患者疗效总有效率(50.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组的呃逆症状评分均较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05);其中治疗组治疗前后呃逆症状评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组两组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:丁香柿蒂散穴位贴治疗化疗相关性呃逆临床疗效显著,有助于肿瘤患者化疗的顺利进行,且对患者生活质量无显著影响,又因其操作便利、价格实惠、患者接受度高、依从性好,值得在临床推广。Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of Dingxiang Shidi San acupoint application in the treatment of chemotherapy related hiccup.Methods:60 tumor patients who experienced hiccup during chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and a treatment group.The control group(30 cases)was given conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group(30 cases)was given Dingxiang Shidi San acupoint application combined with warming moxibustion on top of the conventional Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy of Dingxiang Shidi San acupoint application was assessed by comparing the clinical effective rate,the hiccup symptom scores before and after treatment,the scores of quality of life such as sleep,diet,mental state and the presence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the control group and the treatment group.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group patients(83.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group patients(50.00%),P<0.05;the score of hiccup symptoms improved in both groups after treatment compared to before treatment,P<0.05;the improvement of hiccup symptom score in the treatment group before and after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05;no adverse reactions were observed in both treatment and control groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Dingxiang Shidi San acupoint application in the treatment of chemotherapy related hiccup is significant,which contributes to the smooth progress of chemotherapy in tumor patients and has no significant impact on the quality of life of the patients,but also because of the convenience of its operation,affordable price,high acceptance of patients,good compliance,it is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
