四种杯状病毒调控宿主免疫类细胞因子表达的研究进展

摘  要:杯状病毒科(Caliciviridae)为无囊膜的单股正链RNA病毒,包含许多对人类和动物健康带来严重威胁的病毒成员。由于该病毒科的大部分成员均不能在体外进行有效增殖,导致杯状病毒的研究相对滞后,虽然已取得了一些重要的进展,但还存在诸多问题亟待解决。基于此,本文综述了目前已证实的人诺如病毒(HuNoV)、鼠诺如病毒(MNV)、猫杯状病毒(FCV)和兔出血症病毒(RHDV)四种常见杯状病毒感染机体后干扰素、白介素、肿瘤坏死因子等免疫类细胞因子的表达水平及其作用机制,以了解免疫类细胞因子与杯状病毒感染的关系。为探讨病毒与宿主免疫系统之间的相互作用机制提供新思路。The Caliciviridae family is a non-enveloped,single-stranded positive-stranded RNA virus,which contains many virus members that pose a serious threat to human and animal health.Difficulty in virus growth retarded research of caliciviruses.Although calicivirus studies have achieved great progress,there are stills many questions that remain to be resolved.In this review,we summarized the current evidence on the interactions of several cytokines within caliciviruses,including interferons,interleukins,and TNF-α,and their regulatory mechanisms following infection with HuNoV,MNV,FCV and RHDV,to understand the relationship between cytokines and virus infection.This article provided new ideas for understanding the relationship between immune cytokines and calicivirus infection and exploring the mechanism of interaction between the virus and host immune system.
