摘 要:目的 综述巴戟天的抗骨质疏松作用研究进展,为骨质疏松症的临床治疗提供有价值的建议和新的思考方式。方法 通过在中国知网、万方、PubMed等数据库中检索近5年巴戟天及其有效成分在预防和治疗骨质疏松症方面的作用及机制的临床及实验研究的相关文献,并进行系统性总结。结果 巴戟天能够通过促进成骨细胞的增殖分化、发挥抗炎、类雌激素样作用,并通过OPG/RANK/RANKL通路抑制骨吸收、调节脂代谢等多种途径发挥抗骨质疏松作用。结论 巴戟天抗骨质疏松机制愈趋明确,但仍缺乏深入研究。Objective To review the research progress of anti-osteoporosis effect of morinda officinalis,and to provide valuable suggestion and new ways of thinking for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis.Methods The clinical and experimental studies on the role and mechanism of morinda officinalis and its active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the past five years were searched in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,and PubMed,and were systematically summarized.Results Morinda officinalis was able to promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts,to exert anti-inflammatory and estrogen-like effects,to inhibit bone resorption through OPG/RANK/RANKL pathway,and to regulate lipid metabolism to exert anti-osteoporosis effects.Conclusion The anti-osteoporosis mechanism of morinda officinalis is becoming more and more clear,but there is still a lack of in-depth study.
