摘  要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)是一种以骨质减少、骨微结构破坏为特征的系统性骨病,其发病机制涉及遗传、环境和生物多种因素的相互作用。近年来,微小RNA(miRNA)与肠道微生物群(gut microbiota, GM)在其中的影响越来越引人关注。miRNA通过调控成骨细胞介导的骨形成和破骨细胞介导的骨吸收干预OP的进程,而GM则通过调节免疫反应、代谢功能、激素平衡等多重途径影响骨代谢。笔者旨在深入剖析“miRNA-肠道微生物群”功能轴对OP的作用机制,为OP的预防和治疗提供参考依据。Osteoporosis,a systemic bone disease characterized by bone loss and destruction of bone microstructure,is driven by a complex interplay of genetic,environmental,and biological factors.Recently,miRNA and intestinal microbiota have emerged as key factors in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis,garnering increasing attention.Specifically,miRNA influences osteoporosis development by modulating osteoblast-mediated bone formation and osteoclast-mediated bone resorption,while intestinal microbiota impacts bone metabolism through the regulation of immune response,metabolic function,hormone balance,and other complex pathways.This article aims to analyze the functional axis of the miRNA-intestinal microbiota in osteoporosis,shedding light on its mechanism and providing valuable insights for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
