摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,骨质疏松性骨折发病率随之上升,医疗财政支出增多。越来越多的研究认为康复是骨质疏松治疗不可或缺的环节,但长期以来临床医师对骨质疏松性骨折的康复治疗认识程度不足,治疗师在临床治疗过程中也缺乏规范化的标准。因此,笔者围绕骨质疏松性骨折的康复治疗为中心主题,对目前研究现状进行梳理,阐述了应提高对术前康复程度的规范化,加强评定中视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale, VAS)评分变化的分析,合理运用康复器具,加强冲击波和水疗在骨质疏松性骨折中的应用,采取对骨质疏松性骨折的综合分析等观点,为后续研究提供参考和帮助。With the aging of the population,the incidence of osteoporotic fractures has risen,and the financial expenditure on health care has increased.More and more studies have concluded that rehabilitation is an indispensable part of osteoporosis treatment,but for a long time clinicians have had an insufficient degree of awareness of the rehabilitation treatment of osteoporotic fracture,and therapists have lacked standardized criteria in the process of clinical treatment.Therefore,this paper focuses on the rehabilitation treatment of osteoporotic fracture as the central theme,combing the current research status,this paper describes that the standardization of the degree of preoperative rehabilitation should be improved,the analysis of changes in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores should be strengthened in the assessment,the reasonable use of rehabilitation equipment,the application of shock wave and hydrotherapy in osteoporotic fracture should be strengthened,the application of osteoporotic fracture should be strengthened,and the treatment of osteoporotic fracture should be improved.,adopt the comprehensive analysis of osteoporotic fracture and other points of view to provide reference and help for subsequent research.
