摘  要:针对固化变形和残余应力引起预埋螺栓套位置变化、影响装配及使用寿命的问题,采用Path-dependent本构模型,分析真空辅助树脂传递成型工艺中残余应力与固化变形之间的关系。通过数值模拟和工艺实验,找到叶根形变引起的预埋螺栓套位置变化规律。结果表明:预埋螺栓套的位置变化规律可以为叶根数字化制造中位置预测补偿提供理论依据。To address the problem of curing deformation and residual stresses causing changes in the position of pre-embedded bolt sets,affecting assembly and service life,the relationship between residual stress and curing deformation in vacuum-assisted resin transfer moulding process is analyzed by adopting Path-dependent intrinsic model.Through numerical simulation and process experiments,the change rule of the position of the pre-embedded bolt sleeve caused by leaf root deformation is found.The results show that the position change rule of the pre-embedded bolt set can provide theoretical basis for the position prediction and compensation in the digital manufacturing of leaf root.
