摘 要:南四湖是中国北方最大淡水湖,又是南水北调东线工程输水干线和重要调蓄枢纽,具有调蓄洪水、蓄水灌溉、航运交通、改善生态环境等综合功能,在保障流域生态环境健康,促进区域高质量发展方面具有重大战略意义。部分地区为高氟高盐区,对南水北调东线调水水质安全构成威胁。通过总结南四湖近年来的水质参数、影响因素及流域水污染物排放相关标准的制定,分析2023年南四湖流域出台流域性标准的必然性,以及对周边排污企业处理含氟、高硫酸盐废水面临的挑战。实现排放限值与水环境管理目标的衔接,以期为南四湖流域安全提供一定的参考。Nansi Lake is the largest freshwater lake in the north of China,and it is also the main water transmission line of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project and an important hub for regulation and storage.It has comprehensive functions such as flood water storage and storage,water storage and irrigation,shipping and transportation,and ecological environment improvement.It has great strategic significance in protecting the ecological environment health of the basin and promoting high-quality regional development.Some of the areas are high fluorine and high salt,which poses a threat to the water quality safety of the east route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.By summarizing the water quality parameters,influencing factors and the formulation of relevant standards for water pollutant discharge in Nansi Lake in recent years,the inevitability of issuing regional standards in Nansi Lake Basin in 2023 was analyzed,as well as the challenges faced by surrounding sewage enterprises in the treatment of wastewater containing fluorine and high sulfate.In order to provide some reference for the safety of the Nansi Lake basin,the connection between the discharge limit and the water environment management objective can be realized.
