摘 要:危险化学品泄漏扩散分析由于未对扩散模型进行有效约束,并且未考虑静风条件,导致扩散过程数值模拟不准确,扩散范围误差高,因此,研究静风条件下危险化学品泄漏扩散过程数值模拟。模拟危险化学品泄漏过程,计算泄漏口径、泄漏压力等初始参数,确定静风条件泄漏扩散的影响因素与影响关系,从动量、能量等方面设置约束条件,通过直接扩散、化学反应和蒸发扩散三个步骤,完成危险化学品泄漏扩散过程模拟。通过实验得出:与传统数值模拟方法相比,优化设计方法输出的扩散范围误差降低了0.43 m^(2),同时扩散浓度数值模拟误差明显减小。Because the diffusion model is not effectively constrained and the static wind conditions are not considered,the numerical simulation of the diffusion process is inaccurate and the error of the diffusion range is high.Therefore,the numerical simulation of the diffusion process of the leakage of dangerous chemicals under the static wind conditions is studied.The leakage process of hazardous chemicals was simulated and the initial parameters such as leakage diameter and leakage pressure were calculated.The influencing factors and relationships of leakage and diffusion under static wind conditions were determined.Constraints were set from momentum and energy,and the leakage and diffusion process of hazardous chemicals was simulated through three steps:direct diffusion,chemical reaction and evaporation diffusion.The results show that compared with the traditional numerical simulation method,the output diffusion range error of the optimal design method is reduced by 0.43㎡.The numerical simulation error of the diffusion concentration is significantly reduced.
