摘 要:常规的新能源电力技术环境影响评价方法通过构建模糊决策模型,实现评价指标体系的构建,导致综合评价效果不佳。对此,提出基于改进因子分析法的新能源电力技术环境影响综合评价方法。首先,通过引入因子荷载指标,对不同因子的实际影响程度进行表征,并对影响因子进行提取。然后对新能源电力技术的特点进行分析,对评价体系的指标层及要素层进行细化。最后构建判断矩阵,计算综合评价值,实现环境影响的定量评价。测试结果表明,采用提出的方法对新能源电力技术环境影响进行综合评价时,误差值较低,具备较为理想的评价精度。The conventional environmental impact assessment method for new energy power technology constructs a fuzzy decision model to construct an evaluation index system,resulting in poor comprehensive evaluation results.A comprehensive evaluation method for the environmental impact of new energy power technology based on improved factor analysis is proposed.Firstly,by introducing factor load indicators,the actual impact degree of different factors is characterized,and the influencing factors are extracted.Then the paper analyzes the characteristics of new energy power technology and refines the indicator and element layers of the evaluation system.Finally,it constructs a judgment matrix,calculates comprehensive evaluation values,and achieves quantitative evaluation of environmental impact.The test results show that when using the proposed method to comprehensively evaluate the environmental impact of new energy power technology,the error value is low and it has a relatively ideal evaluation accuracy.
