摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速,群体住宅的建设和设计日益成为社会关注的焦点。本文旨在研究群体住宅结构设计中的经济性与可行性,探讨了土地利用、材料选择、工程技术、政策法规、社会环境、居民需求等多个方面的影响因素。通过综合分析和案例研究,发现合理的土地利用、环保节能的材料选择、先进的工程技术应用等均能有效降低建设和运营成本,提升项目的经济性和可持续性。最终,本研究得出了在群体住宅结构设计中充分考虑可持续发展、满足居民需求的建议,并对城市建设和社会发展提出了一定的启示与建议。With the acceleration of urbanization,the design and construction of cluster housing have increasingly become a focus of social attention.This article aims to study the economy and feasibility in the structural design of cluster housing,exploring various influencing factors such as land use,material selection,engineering technology,policies and regulations,social environment,and resident needs.Through comprehensive analysis and case studies,it is found that reasonable land use,environmentally friendly and energy-saving material selection,and advanced engineering technology application can effectively reduce construction and operation costs,and improve the economy and sustainability of the project.In the end,this study proposes suggestions to fully consider sustainable development and meet the needs of residents in the structural design of cluster housing,which could provide certain insights and proposals for urban construction and social development.
